The live session screen part-way through a bench press. Four sets are logged: a warm-up of ten reps at sixty kilos, two working sets of eight at one hundred, and a set taken to failure at six reps and one hundred and five kilos, marked as a personal best. A rest timer counts down alongside the total session time.

A look at it

Four screens, and what they do

The training screen, the coach roster, the charts and the conversation — the four places you will spend all of your time.

  • Live session

Your targets sit behind the fields as a prompt. Log what actually happened, tick the set, and rest starts itself.

  • Coach roster

Who trained and who did not, over a rolling four weeks. A client you have sent nothing to reads as a dash rather than a zero — a different conversation to have.

  • Progress

Estimated one-rep max from the best working set of each session, because a chart of your warm-up ramp is not progress.

  • Messaging

One thread per client, ordered by whoever spoke last, with a notification at the other end so nothing sits unanswered.

Who it's for

One product, three jobs

The tiers stack rather than replace each other. Coaching is added to the account you already train on — your own plans, folders and logged sessions come with you, and go back to being just yours if you stop.

  • Lifters

You train, you log, you look back at the numbers.

    • Plans with supersets and circuits
    • A library of movements, with video
    • A rest timer that survives a refresh
    • Personal bests found as you log them
    What lifters get
  • Coaches

You carry a roster, and one flat fee carries all of it.

    • £29 a month — the same at ten clients or a hundred
    • Every client you coach gets Pro free
    • See who trained, and who needs chasing
    • Messaging and 1:1 booking built in
    What coaches get
  • Gyms

You run coaches, classes and a floor full of members.

    • £79 a month — unlimited coaches, unlimited members
    • A timetable with waitlists and attendance
    • Move a leaving coach’s clients in one action
    • One invoice, with nothing to count
    What gyms get

On day one

What you get before you pay anything

All of this is on the free tier. No card at signup, and none later.

  • Type it, don’t dig for it

Start typing a movement and it appears, bringing its instructions and equipment with it. There is a browsable picker for when you would rather look than type.

  • Supersets and circuits

Link two exercises and they run back to back with no rest between them. Rest comes back once the group is done, which is how a circuit is meant to work.

  • Barbell, treadmill or clock

Lifting is reps and weight, a row is a duration, a run is distance and time. Each kind of work is logged in the units it actually uses.

  • Know what it costs you

The time estimate updates as you add sets, so you find out whether the session fits the hour you have before you leave the house.

  • Folders hold a block together

Group a training block, and move plans in and out of it. Delete a folder and the plans inside are kept — they just go back to Unsorted.

  • Copy rather than rebuild

Duplicate a plan and change the copy. A variation you try on Tuesday never rewrites the original.

For coaches

£29 a month, flat

Nothing per client, no seats, and no cap on how many people you work with. Every client you take on gets the whole Individual Pro feature set free, for as long as you work together.

  • Adherence over 28 days

The plans you assigned in the last four weeks, against the ones they actually trained. A rolling window, so a good March cannot carry a quiet May.

  • The figure is always written out

Green above 80 per cent, gold from 50 to 79, red below. The colour backs up the number rather than replacing it, so the roster reads the same to a colourblind eye.

  • You can tell “not started” from “not training”

A client you have not sent anything to shows a dash, not nought per cent. One of those is a conversation about their week; the other is a conversation about yours.

  • Who needs you this week

Clients surface for attention when they need a nudge or when they need more work.

What coaches get

For gyms and studios

£79 a month, every coach included

Unlimited coaches and unlimited members on one invoice, with no seats to allocate and nothing to reconcile at the end of the month.

  • Every coach, at a glance

Client count, sessions this month and average adherence for each one. Open any coach and you see the roster they see.

  • The floor, in one view

Sessions and adherence across the whole gym, the members drifting away, the decisions waiting on you, and a chart of when you are actually busy.

  • Coaches are not counted

Take on your fourth coach or your fourteenth. The subscription covers all of them and the bill does not move.

  • Photos you never see

Owners do not see members’ progress photos. Not with a setting, not on request — running the gym does not change that.

Over time

The point is the record

Every chart on every screen is drawn from sets you logged. Nothing is estimated from an average, and nothing is filled in for you.
